【Elephant Hill Scenic Area】Ticket Purchase Notice

Pursuant to a notice from the municipal government, effective January 31, 2022, the Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area will offer free admission to all visitors. To ensure the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, maintain tourist order, and guarantee visitor safety, our scenic area plans to adopt a "limited-capacity" free reservation system for entry. Visitors must present a reservation QR code for verification to enter. The daily reservation limit is set at 75% of the scenic area's maximum capacity, i.e., 26,000 visitors. The specific reservation methods are as follows:

I. Visitor Reservation and Entry Methods

1. Online Ticketing: General visitors can make online reservations and ticket purchases via PC or mobile devices through Ctrip, Tongcheng, Lvmama, Meituan app, the Two Rivers and Four Lakes·Elephant Hill official website, and the scenic area's official WeChat account. Starting at 8:00 AM on January 30, 2022, visitors can reserve a 0-yuan ticket for January 31 (New Year's Eve), filling in their personal ID number for real-name ticketing (0-yuan ticket). Each ID is limited to one free ticket.

2. Offline Ticketing: For visitors already at the ticket gate, scan the Fliggy QR code at the gate to directly access the reservation and ticketing page, fill in your personal ID number for real-name ticketing (0-yuan ticket). Each ID is limited to one free ticket. Visitors must cooperate with scenic area staff to verify the "three codes" (reservation code, health code, and travel history code) before entering with the free ticket QR code.

3. Scenic Area Entrances: Entrance No. 1 and Entrance No. 2. (During the epidemic, Entrance No. 3 and the Yunfeng Temple entrance are temporarily closed; opening times will be announced separately.)

II. Opening Hours

Daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

III. Entry and Tour Requirements

1. Contactless ticketing is implemented, with identity information registration, temperature checks, and QR code scanning for entry. Only visitors with normal body temperature may enter the scenic area. Visitors with a temperature exceeding 37.3°C (99.1°F) will be guided to an isolation area and reported to the epidemic prevention and control authorities.

 2. Visitors must wear masks when entering the scenic area, avoid gathering, and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter between individuals.

 Warm Reminder: The epidemic is not yet fully over. The scenic area will strictly implement all prevention and control measures, carry out epidemic prevention work and tourism reception services. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
