Our company's storefront at Lijun Road No. 2, East Side of Lizeyuan Community, Lakeside First Floor (B), with an area of approximately 500 square meters, is planned to be publicly leased due to operational needs. The lease details are hereby announced as follows:
1. Lease Address and Scope: Lijun Road No. 2, East Side of Lizeyuan Community, Lakeside First Floor (B) storefront, approximately 500 square meters.
2. Lease Purpose and Requirements: Legal business projects other than those with severe pollution or affecting the surrounding environment. Without the lessor's permission, the lessee shall not change the use of the leased premises or operate beyond the premises.
3. Lease Term: 5 years. Rent-free renovation period: 1 month.
4. Monthly Rent: Starting at RMB 13,400/month for external lease; from the second year, the monthly rent will increase by 2% annually based on the monthly rent of the previous cooperation period. Water, electricity, and other fees will be settled separately.
5. Performance Bond: Monthly rent * 2 + RMB 2,000.
6. This announcement is valid for 15 working days. From the date of announcement, interested parties or units should contact the Marketing Center at Room 201 of Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Tourism Co., Ltd. to obtain an application form. Within 15 working days, submit the completed sealed application form along with a copy of the business license or ID card into the designated sealed box at our company. After the announcement period, the Marketing Center, together with relevant department personnel, will open and register the application forms collectively.
