Guangxi Dacheng Consulting Co., Ltd., entrusted by Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Tourism Co., Ltd., intends to conduct a public lease for the Zhiyin Tai Pier site. The relevant matters concerning this public lease are hereby announced as follows:

II. Overview of the Lease Subject Matter:
1.Lease Address and Scope: Zhiyin Tai Pier site at Shanhu Lake Scenic Area.
2.Lease Purpose and Requirements: The Zhiyin Tai Pier site is to be used for operating photography services, craft calligraphy and painting, beverages, and tourist merchandise projects. Without the lessor's permission, the lessee shall not arbitrarily change the purpose of the leased site, operate beyond the site boundaries, or engage in projects outside the specified business scope.
3.Starting Rent Price (RMB):890,000.00 Yuan/year. Other fees such as utilities will be settled separately.
4.Lease Term:24 months, fromMay 1, 2026 toApril 30, 2028.
III. Lessee Qualification Requirements:
1.Possess legal qualifications and have the corresponding leasing capacity as a legal person, group organization, or natural person (natural persons aged18 to60 years old).
2.Joint bids are not accepted for this lease.
3.Bids from lessees who have not obtained the lease documents as required will not be accepted.
