[Real-name Ticketing]: Please correctly fill in the identity information of each actual passenger. For a child ticket without ID information, the guardian's ID number can be used, and the ticket collector's mobile phone number must be correctly provided.

[Child Ticket Height Requirements]:

Cruise Tickets

1. Infants under 1 year old: Free ticket, no separate seat.

2. Children aged 1 year or older and under 1.2m in height: Day cruise fare 30 RMB/person, night cruise fare 60 RMB/person, separate seat required.

3. Children with a height of 1.2m (inclusive) to under 1.5m: Purchase tickets at half the ticket counter price, separate seat required. Note: When adults purchase tickets, they must also provide the identity information of accompanying children and purchase tickets together. Cruise seat capacity is limited; supplementary tickets cannot be guaranteed upon boarding. If children are unable to board due to failure to purchase tickets in advance, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the visitor. Effective from April 1, 2026.

[China Post Activity]: Package products, departure requires a minimum of 20 passengers per trip; trips with fewer than 20 passengers will not depart.

[Phone Confirmation Required]: After placing your order, please contact customer service at 0773-8281368 in advance on the day of your visit to inquire about and reserve the specific departure time and boarding pier. (Due to limited availability on weekends and public holidays, it is recommended to make a reservation 1-2 days in advance.)

[Real-Name Verification for Boarding]: After successfully making a reservation with customer service, passengers must arrive at the designated pier 20 minutes early to exchange for a paper ticket according to the confirmed departure time and boarding pier. At the pier, passengers must present the paper ticket and a valid ID document for ticket inspection and boarding at the corresponding boarding gate. Passengers without a paper ticket, without a valid ID document, or whose ID document does not match the information provided during booking will be denied boarding. The scenic area shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

[Before Ticket Issuance]:

1. After placing an order, if you have not called customer service to reserve a cruise time, you may call customer service to explain your reason and request cancellation. Upon approval, the order will be canceled without penalty and the ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.

2. If you have successfully reserved a cruise time by calling customer service but the ticket has not actually been issued, you may call customer service before 16:00 on the day of the visit to explain the reason for cancellation or request a change to your visit plan. If the order is canceled, it will be canceled without penalty and the ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 16:00 on the day of the visit.

[After Ticket Issuance]:

1. For cancellations made more than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time, no cancellation fee is charged.

2. For cancellations made between 3 hours before departure and the departure time, a 50% refund of the face value of the tickets for the canceled number of passengers will be issued.

3. No refund will be processed after the cruise departure time has passed.

4. If a visitor needs to reschedule due to special circumstances, they will generally be arranged on the last cruise of the day on the same route. No refund policy will apply after the reschedule.
