2、Infants under 1 year old: Free admission, no separate seat.

3、Children aged 1 year or older and under 1.2 meters in height: Night cruise ticket price is 60 RMB/person, requires a separate seat.

4、Children with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) to under 1.5 meters: Purchase tickets at half the standard ticket price, requires a separate seat.

5、When adults purchase tickets, please also provide the identity information of accompanying children to purchase tickets together. Boat seats are limited, and on-site ticket supplements cannot be guaranteed. If children cannot board due to not having tickets purchased in advance, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the visitor.

6、Boat tickets are issued and sold on a real-name basis.

7、If the tour cannot proceed due to government administrative orders or force majeure, the activity will be canceled, and both parties are released from liability.

[Real-Name Verification for Boarding]: After successfully confirming with customer service, passengers must arrive at the designated pier at least 20 minutes in advance to exchange for paper tickets, based on the corresponding departure time and boarding pier. Boarding requires the paper ticket and a valid ID document for verification at the corresponding boarding gate. Passengers without a ticket, without a valid ID document, or with ID information inconsistent with the information provided at the time of booking will be denied boarding, and all resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.

[Before Ticket Issuance]:

1. If you have placed an order but have not called customer service to reserve a cruise time, you may call customer service to explain the reason and request cancellation. After the request, the order will be canceled without penalty, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 working days.

2. If you have successfully reserved a cruise time by calling customer service but the ticket has not been actually issued, you may call customer service before 12:00 PM on the day of the cruise to explain the reason for cancellation or change the cruise plan. If the order is canceled, it will be canceled without penalty, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 working days.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 12:00 PM on the day of the cruise.

[After Ticket Issuance]:

1. Refunds made more than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time are free of charge.

2. Refunds made between 3 hours before departure and the departure time will be subject to a 50% refund of the ticket face value for the canceled number of passengers.

3. No refunds will be processed after the cruise departure time.

4. If a passenger needs to reschedule due to special circumstances, in principle, they will be arranged to take the last cruise of the day on the same route. After rescheduling, the refund policy will no longer apply.
