For the Light Boat Koi Cruise product, passengers with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) or above must purchase adult tickets. For safety reasons, children under 1.2 meters (exclusive) are not sold tickets and are not allowed to board.

【Real-name Ticket Purchase】: Please correctly fill in the identity information of each actual passenger. For children's tickets without ID information, the guardian's ID number can be provided, and correctly fill in the ticket collector's phone number.
【Seat Instructions】: Seats are assigned by the cruise ticketing system automatically; specific seats cannot be reserved during booking. After successful booking, please arrive at the departure pier at least 20 minutes in advance with the booking SMS or order information from the official account to exchange for paper tickets and take your assigned seat according to the seat number on the ticket.

【Phone Confirmation Required for Reservation】: After placing an order, please contact customer service at 0773-8281368 in advance on the day of the tour to inquire and reserve the specific departure time and boarding pier. (On weekends and public holidays, due to limited seats, it is recommended to reserve 1-2 days in advance.)

【Real-name Verification for Boarding】: After successfully reserving with customer service, passengers must arrive at the designated pier at least 20 minutes in advance to exchange for paper tickets according to the corresponding departure time and boarding pier. Passengers must present their paper ticket and valid ID at the corresponding boarding gate on-site for ticket verification and boarding. If there is no paper ticket, no valid personal ID, or if the valid ID does not match the information provided during booking, the scenic area will deny boarding, and all resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.

【Before Ticket Issuance】:

1. If the order is placed but no reservation has been made by calling customer service, you may contact customer service to explain the reason and apply for cancellation. After application, the order will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

2. If the reservation has been confirmed by calling customer service but tickets have not yet been issued, you may contact customer service before 12:00 PM on the day of the tour to explain the reason for cancellation or change of tour plan. If canceling, the order will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 12:00 PM on the day of the tour.

【After Ticket Issuance】:

1. A full refund (no service fee) is available if the refund is requested more than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

2. A 50% refund of the ticket face value for the canceled passengers is available if the refund is requested between 3 hours before departure and the departure time.

3. No refund service is available after the cruise departure time.

4. If passengers encounter special circumstances requiring a reschedule, the last cruise of the day on the same route will be arranged in principle; after rescheduling, the refund policy no longer applies.
