【Seat Instructions】: Seats are assigned by the ticketing system computer; specific seats cannot be designated when booking. After successful booking, please arrive at the departure dock at least 20 minutes in advance with your booking SMS or WeChat official account order information, exchange for your boarding ticket, and take your seat according to the seat number on the ticket.

【Children's Ticket Height Requirements】:

Cruise Tickets

1. Infants under 1 year old: Free, no separate seat occupied.

2. Children aged 1 year or older and under 1.2 meters in height: Day cruise ticket price 30 RMB/person, night cruise ticket price 60 RMB/person, both require a separate seat. 3. Children with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) to under 1.5 meters: Purchase tickets at half the ticket counter price, with a separate seat. Note: When adults purchase tickets, they must also provide the identity information of accompanying children and purchase tickets together. Cruise seat capacity is limited; boarding on-site does not guarantee additional tickets can be purchased. If a child cannot board due to not having a ticket purchased in advance, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the visitor. Effective from April 1, 2026.

[Phone Confirmation for Reservation]: After placing an order, please contact customer service by phone at 0773-8281368 on the day of the visit to inquire about and reserve the specific departure time and boarding dock. (Due to limited seats on weekends and public holidays, it is recommended to reserve 1-2 days in advance.)

[Real-Name Verification for Boarding]: After successfully reserving with customer service, passengers must arrive at the designated dock 20 minutes before the corresponding departure time to exchange for paper tickets. At the dock, board at the designated gate by presenting the paper ticket and a valid ID document for ticket verification. Passengers without a paper ticket, without a valid ID document, or with an ID document that does not match the information provided during booking will be denied boarding by the scenic area, and all resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.

[Before Ticket Issuance]:

1. If you have placed an order but have not contacted customer service to reserve a cruise, you may call customer service to explain your reason and request order cancellation. Upon approval, the order will be canceled with no penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method.

2. If you have successfully reserved a cruise by contacting customer service but the ticket has not been issued, you may call customer service before 12:00 PM on the day of the visit to explain the reason for cancellation or request a change to the tour plan. If canceled, the order will be canceled with no penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 12:00 PM on the day of the visit.

[After Ticket Issuance]:

1. Refunds requested 3 hours or more before the cruise departure time are free of charge.

2. Refunds requested between 3 hours before departure and the departure time will be processed at 50% of the ticket face value for the number of people canceled.

3. No refunds will be processed after the cruise departure time.

4. If a passenger encounters special circumstances requiring a reschedule, in principle, they will be arranged to take the last cruise of the day on the same route; after rescheduling, the refund policy will no longer apply.
