【How to Get to the Pier】

【Riyue Bay Pier】: Located at No. 1 Shanhu North Road (opposite Guilin Porridge City by Shanhu Lake, diagonally opposite the main entrance of the Li River Waterfall Hotel). From the train station or bus station, take bus No. 99, 10, or 100, get off at Central Square Station, and walk about 10 minutes to the pier. You can also take a taxi and tell the driver "Riyue Bay Pier".

【Xiangshan Fisherman's Pier】: Located next to Gate 3 of the Elephant Trunk Hill Park on Binjiang Road.

【Full Tour Duration】70 minutes

One of the biggest highlights of the daytime tour is being able to see the complete Elephant Trunk Hill. If you want to take a close-up photo with Elephant Trunk Hill, the daytime tour of One River and Four Lakes is your best choice.

If the water level is too low or too high, the route will be changed to the Taohua River, a tributary of the Li River. The specific route is subject to confirmation with customer service.

New landmark buildings of Guilin City: Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. The Sun Pagoda is 41 meters high with nine floors, entirely decorated in bronze, resplendent and magnificent, known as the world's first bronze pagoda. The Moon Pagoda is 35 meters high with seven floors, adorned with glazed tiles, dignified and elegant.

Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the entire scenic area boasts beautiful natural landscapes, including not only the unique Li River and the picturesque ecological environment of Diecai Mountain but also numerous historical and cultural relics such as the ancient Song Dynasty City, rich in history and culture.

Arriving at Guihu Lake, in the distance is Old Man Mountain, one of the top ten famous mountains in Guilin. Along the lakeshore, rows of fiery red metasequoias stand. Seeing such a beautiful scene, doesn't it stir your heart?

Ronghu Lake is my personal favorite lake. It skillfully integrates Guilin's history, culture, and scenery into a whole, like a microcosm of Guilin City. Find a nice weather day, stroll along the lakeshore, and I believe you will fall in love with this place.

【Real-Name Ticket Purchase】: Please correctly fill in the identity information of each actual passenger. If a child ticket lacks ID information, the guardian's ID number can be used, and correctly fill in the ticket collector's phone number.

【Seat Description】: Cruise seats are assigned by the ticketing system computer; specific seats cannot be designated when booking. After successful booking, please arrive at the departure dock at least 20 minutes in advance with your booking confirmation SMS or order information from the official account, exchange for your paper ticket, and take your assigned seat according to the seat number on the ticket.

【Child Ticket Height Requirements】:

Cruise Tickets

1. Infants under 1 year old: Free, no separate seat occupancy.
2. Children aged 1 year and older but under 1.2 meters in height: Day tour route fare is 30 yuan/person, night tour route fare is 60 yuan/person, both require a separate seat.
3. Children with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) to under 1.5 meters: Purchase tickets at half the ticket counter price, with a separate seat. Note: When adults purchase tickets, they must also provide the identity information of accompanying children and purchase tickets together. Cruise seat capacity is limited; supplementary tickets are not guaranteed at the boarding site. If a child cannot board due to not having a ticket purchased in advance, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the visitor. Effective from April 1, 2026.

【Phone Confirmation for Reservation】: After placing an order, please contact customer service at 0773-8281368 in advance on the day of your tour to inquire and reserve the specific departure time and boarding dock. (During weekends and statutory holidays, due to tight boat availability, it is recommended to reserve 1-2 days in advance).

【Real-Name Verification for Boarding】: After successfully reserving with customer service, based on the corresponding departure time and boarding dock, you must arrive at the designated dock 20 minutes in advance to exchange for a paper ticket. At the dock, board by presenting the paper ticket and your valid ID at the corresponding boarding gate for verification. If you do not have a ticket or a valid ID, or if the valid ID does not match the reservation information, the scenic area will refuse boarding, and all resulting losses shall be borne by the visitor.

【Before Ticket Issuance】:

1. Orders placed without calling customer service to reserve a cruise slot can be canceled by calling customer service to explain the reason. After applying, the order will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method.

2. For orders where the customer service has been called and the reservation is successful but tickets have not yet been issued, the customer can call customer service before 16:00 on the day of the tour to explain the reason for canceling the order or changing the tour plan. If canceling the order, after applying, it will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 16:00 on the day of the tour.

【After Ticket Issuance】:

1. Refunds made more than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time are free of charge.
2. Refunds made between 3 hours before departure and departure time will be subject to a 50% refund of the ticket face value for the canceled number of passengers.
3. No refunds will be processed after the cruise departure time has passed.
4. If visitors encounter special circumstances requiring a change of booking, in principle, they will be arranged on the last boat of that route on the same day to complete the tour. After the change of booking, the refund policy no longer applies.

On the cruise ship, there are photography services and photo sales provided by third-party vendors. Participation is voluntary, and spending depends on individual preferences.
