【Departure Times】: Due to limited seat availability, reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please confirm with scenic area staff by phone on the day of your visit.

【Ticket Prices】: Adult ticket 210 RMB/person; Child ticket 105 RMB/person.

If there are changes to the dock or cruise type, customer service will contact you on the day of your visit. If booking a cruise for the same day, please proactively call scenic area customer service at 0773-8281368 for faster processing.

【Real-Name Ticket Purchase】: Please correctly fill in the identity information of each actual passenger. If a child ticket lacks ID information, the guardian's ID number can be used, and correctly fill in the ticket collector's phone number.

【Seat Description】: Cruise seats are assigned by the ticketing system computer; specific seats cannot be designated when booking. After successful booking, please arrive at the departure dock at least 20 minutes in advance with your booking confirmation SMS or order information from the official account, exchange for your paper ticket, and take your assigned seat according to the seat number on the ticket.

【Child Ticket Height Requirements】:

Cruise Tickets

1. Infants under 1 year old: Free, no separate seat occupancy.
2. Children aged 1 year and older but under 1.2 meters in height: Day tour route fare is 30 yuan/person, night tour route fare is 60 yuan/person, both require a separate seat.
3. Children with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) to under 1.5 meters: Purchase tickets at half the ticket counter price, with a separate seat. Note: When adults purchase tickets, they must also provide the identity information of accompanying children and purchase tickets together. Cruise seat capacity is limited; supplementary tickets are not guaranteed at the boarding site. If a child cannot board due to not having a ticket purchased in advance, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the visitor. Effective from April 1, 2026.

【Phone Double Confirmation for Reservation】: After placing an order, please contact customer service at 0773-8281368 on the day of your visit to inquire and book the specific departure time and boarding dock. (Due to limited boat availability on weekends and public holidays, it is recommended to book 1-2 days in advance).

【Real-Name Verification for Boarding】: After successfully reserving with customer service, based on the corresponding departure time and boarding dock, you must arrive at the designated dock 20 minutes in advance to exchange for a paper ticket. At the dock, board at the corresponding boarding gate by presenting the paper ticket and your valid ID. Without a paper ticket or valid ID, or if the ID information does not match the reservation details, the scenic area will deny boarding, and all resulting losses shall be borne by the guest.

【Before Ticket Issuance】:

1. If an order is placed without calling customer service to reserve a cruise time, you can call customer service to explain the reason and apply for order cancellation. Upon application, the order will be canceled without penalty and the ticket fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.

2. If a cruise time has been successfully reserved by calling customer service but the ticket has not actually been issued, you can call customer service before 12:00 PM on the day of the cruise to explain the reason for cancellation or change your tour plan. If the order is canceled, the order will be canceled without penalty and the ticket fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days after application.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 12:00 PM on the day of the cruise.

【After Ticket Issuance】:

1. If a refund is requested more than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time, no fee is charged.

2. If a refund is requested between 3 hours before departure and the departure time, 50% of the ticket face value for the number of people being refunded will be refunded.

3. No refund requests will be processed after the cruise departure time.

4. If a visitor encounters special circumstances and needs to reschedule, in principle, the last cruise of the day on that route will be arranged for the tour. After rescheduling, the refund policy will no longer apply.
