【Total Tour Duration】: Approximately 60 minutes.

【Departure Times】: Peak season daily 18:00-23:00, off-season daily 19:00-21:30, with boats departing every 10 to 30 minutes during these periods. Due to limited seat availability, reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please confirm with scenic area staff via phone on the day of your visit.

If there are changes to the pier or boat type, customer service will contact you on the day of your visit. If booking a boat tour for the same day, please proactively call scenic area customer service at 0773-8281368 for prompt processing.

【Real-Name Ticket Purchase】: Please correctly fill in the identity information for each actual passenger. For children's tickets without ID information, you can fill in the guardian's ID number, and correctly fill in the ticket collector's phone number.
【Seat Instructions】Boat tickets are issued by the ticketing system computer; specific seats cannot be designated when booking. After successful booking, please arrive at the departure pier at least 20 minutes in advance with your booking confirmation SMS or WeChat official account order information, exchange for your ticket, and take your assigned seat according to the seat number on the ticket.

【Child Ticket Height Requirements】:

Boat Tickets

1. Infants under 1 year old: Free ticket, no separate seat occupancy.

2. Children aged 1 year or older and under 1.2 meters in height: Day tour route ticket price is 30 yuan/person, night tour route ticket price is 60 yuan/person, both require a separate seat. 3. Children with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) to under 1.5 meters: Purchase tickets at half the ticket counter price, occupying a separate seat. Note: When adults purchase tickets, they must also provide the identity information of accompanying children and purchase tickets together. Boat seat capacity is limited; on-site boarding does not guarantee the availability of additional tickets. If a child cannot board normally due to not having a ticket purchased in advance, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the visitor. Effective from April 1, 2026.

【Telephone Secondary Confirmation Reservation】: After placing an order, please contact customer service at 0773-8281368 on the day of the tour in advance to inquire and reserve the specific departure time and boarding pier. (On weekends and public holidays, due to limited boat availability, it is recommended to reserve 1-2 days in advance.)

【Real-Name Verification for Boarding】 After successfully reserving with customer service, according to the corresponding departure time and boarding pier, you must arrive at the designated pier 20 minutes in advance to exchange for a paper ticket. At the pier, present your paper ticket and valid ID at the corresponding boarding gate for ticket verification and boarding. Without a paper ticket or valid ID, or if the valid ID does not match the ID information reserved when booking, the scenic area will refuse boarding, and all resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.

【Before Boat Ticket Issuance】:

1. If you have placed an order but not called customer service to reserve a boat trip, you can call customer service to explain your reason and apply to cancel the order. After application, the order will be canceled without penalty and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 working days.

2. If you have successfully reserved with customer service but the ticket has not been actually issued, you can call customer service before 16:00 on the day of the tour to explain the reason for canceling the order or change the tour plan. If canceling the order, after application, the order will be canceled without penalty and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 working days.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 16:00 on the day of the tour.

【After Boat Ticket Issuance】:

1. For refunds made more than 3 hours before the tour departure time, no handling fee is charged.

2. For refunds made between 3 hours before departure and the departure time, a 50% refund of the ticket face value for the number of people canceled will be given.

3. No refunds will be processed after the boat departure time has passed.

4. If a visitor needs to change the booking due to special circumstances, in principle, the last boat of the day on that route will be arranged to complete the tour; after changing the booking, the refund policy no longer applies.
