[How to Get to the Boarding Dock]

[Riyue Bay Dock]: Located 50 meters in front of the Guilin Lijiang Waterfall Hotel in the city center square (you can tell the taxi driver to drop you off in front of the Guilin Lijiang Waterfall Hotel).

[Fisherman's Wharf]: Located at the entrance of Gate 3 of Xiangbishan Park on Binjiang Road.

[Full Tour Duration]: Approximately 80-90 minutes

[Opening Hours]: Peak season daily 18:00-23:00, Off-peak season daily 19:00-21:30. During this period, a boat departs every 10 to 30 minutes. Due to limited seat availability, first-come, first-served upon reservation. Please confirm with the scenic area staff via phone on the day of your visit.

2, Infants under 1 year old: Free admission, no individual seat occupancy.

3, Children aged 1 year and above but under 1.2 meters in height: Night tour ticket price is 60 yuan/person, requiring a separate seat.

4, Children in the Greater Guilin area with height 1.2 meters (inclusive) to under 1.5 meters: Purchase tickets at the adult price.

5, When adults purchase tickets, please also provide the accompanying children's identity information to purchase tickets together. Cruise seat capacity is limited; on-site boarding does not guarantee the ability to purchase supplementary tickets. If children are unable to board due to not having tickets purchased in advance, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the tourists themselves.

6, Cruise tickets are issued and sold on a real-name basis. If the tour cannot be conducted due to government administrative orders or force majeure, the activity will be canceled, and both parties are released from liability.

7, During the National Day holiday (October 1 to October 6) and summer vacation (July 15 to August 20), one boat's empty seats before 19:00 (exclusive) will be available for sale. The actual situation is subject to the departure on the day...

[Telephone Double Confirmation Reservation]: After placing an order, please contact customer service at 0773-8281368 in advance on the day of the tour to inquire and reserve the specific departure time and boarding dock. (During weekends and statutory holidays, due to limited boat availability, it is recommended to make a reservation 1-2 days in advance).

[Real-Name Verification for Boarding]: After successfully reserving with customer service, tourists must arrive at the corresponding dock 20 minutes in advance to exchange for paper tickets according to the specific departure time and boarding dock. At the dock, please present the paper ticket and your valid ID at the corresponding boarding gate for ticket verification and boarding. Without a paper ticket or a valid ID, or if the valid ID does not match the ID information reserved when booking, the scenic area will deny boarding. All losses incurred as a result shall be borne by the guest.

[Before Ticket Issuance]:

1. For orders placed without calling customer service to reserve a boat schedule, you can call customer service to explain the reason and request order cancellation. After application, the order will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method.

2. For orders where customer service has been called and the reservation is successful, but the ticket has not actually been issued, you can call customer service before 16:00 on the day of the tour to explain the reason for canceling the order or change the tour plan. If canceling the order, after application, the order will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 16:00 on the day of the tour.

[After Ticket Issuance]:

1. For refunds made more than 3 hours before the tour departure time, no handling fee is charged.

2. For refunds made between 3 hours before departure and departure time, 50% of the ticket face value for the number of people refunded will be refunded.

3. No refunds will be processed after the cruise departure time.

4. If a tourist encounters special circumstances requiring a change of schedule, in principle, they will be arranged to take the last boat of the route on the same day. After the change, the refund policy no longer applies.
