For the Light Boat Koi Parade product, passengers with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) or above must purchase adult tickets. For safety reasons, children under 1.2 meters (exclusive) are not sold tickets and are not allowed to board.

[Real-name Ticket Purchase]: Please correctly fill in the identity information of each actual passenger. For children's tickets, if no ID information is available, the guardian's ID number can be entered, and the ticket pick-up person's phone number must be correctly provided.
[Seat Instructions]: Seats are assigned by the ticket system computer, and specific seats cannot be specified at the time of booking. After successful booking, please arrive at the departure pier at least 20 minutes in advance with the booking SMS or WeChat official account order information to exchange for a paper ticket and then take your assigned seat according to the seat number on the ticket.

[Phone Confirmation Required]: After placing an order, please contact customer service at 0773-8281368 in advance on the day of the tour to inquire about and reserve the specific departure time and boarding pier. (On weekends and public holidays, due to limited cruise availability, we recommend making a reservation 1-2 days in advance.)

[Real-name Verification for Boarding]: After successfully reserving with customer service, passengers must arrive at the designated pier at least 20 minutes in advance to exchange for a paper ticket according to the corresponding departure time and boarding pier. At the pier, passengers must present the paper ticket and a valid ID at the corresponding boarding gate for ticket verification and boarding. If there is no paper ticket, no valid personal ID, or if the valid ID does not match the information reserved when booking, the scenic area will refuse boarding, and all resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.

[Before ticket issuance]:

1. If an order is placed without calling customer service to reserve a cruise, you may call customer service to explain the reason and request cancellation. After application, the order will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

2. If the reservation is successfully made by calling customer service but the tickets have not been actually issued, you may call customer service before 12:00 PM on the day of the tour to explain the reason for cancellation or change the tour plan. If canceled, the order will be canceled without penalty within 5 working days, and the ticket amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. Orders cannot be canceled after 12:00 PM on the day of the tour.

[After ticket issuance]:

1. For refunds made 3 hours before the scheduled departure time, no service fee is charged.

2. For refunds made between 3 hours before departure and the departure time, a 50% refund of the ticket face value for the canceled number of people will be given.

3. No refunds will be processed after the cruise departure time.

4. If passengers encounter special circumstances and need to change their tickets, in principle, they will be arranged to take the last cruise of the day on the same route. After the change, the refund policy will no longer apply.
