- Real-time ferry tickets can only be purchased with a mainland China Resident Identity Card. The ticket collector must present a mainland China Resident Identity Card, and the pickup mobile number must be a mainland China mobile number!
- A successful payment does not guarantee a confirmed booking. If the status is not "Confirmed," please contact customer service to verify your booking and avoid delaying your trip.
