In July 2017, the guidance expert team led by Liu Guoqing, director of the Supervision Department of Guangxi Tourism Development Commission, conducted on-site inspections, checked the ledger, and listened to reports, to guide the Two Rivers & Four Lakes Company to create the autonomous region’s service standardization.
The guidance expert team firstly boarded the cruise, checked the implementation of service standardization at the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, and learned more about the specific work process from the escort staff.
At the subsequent report meeting, the guidance expert group listened carefully to the report by Xu Ziqi, the deputy general manager of company, on the company’s standardization work. They also checked the relevant ledger data. While affirming the standardization of the scenic area, the guidance expert team also feedback some problems found during the inspection.
They pointed out
1. In strict accordance with the six standardization requirements, to collect materials and compile documents. The catalog should be marked with page numbers for easy search.
2. To hold standardization work meetings regularly to deploy related work.
3. Should have special policies and special budgetary funds, and implement them according to the budget.
4. To learn the advanced experience from some national tourism standardization enterprises, and make up for the company's deficiencies.
Gong Xiaodong, chairman of the company, stated that he would take this inspection as an opportunity, strictly following the work requirements put forward by the guidance expert team, to strengthen the construction of standardization pilot units, and continue to move forward in the exploration.
Chen Wenjie, professor of Guangxi University, Luo Fei, a member of the Supervision Office of Guangxi Tourism Development Commission, Li Yi, a chief member of Guangxi Quality Supervision Bureau, leaders and relevant persons from Guilin Municipal Tourism College, Guilin Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, Supervision Section of Guilin Municipal Tourism Development Commission, and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Company with a total of 16 people attended the meeting.
